Websites for hotels and B&Bs. From £250.

Hand-coded for how bookings come in: the room needed tonight from a lay-by, the anniversary weekend planned in March, the walker with a wet dog. Built for a guest searching on a phone. Your homepage designed free before you pay anything.

Fixed prices. Free design first. Most sites live inside two weeks.

What people type when they need a room

The searches that bring guests to your door, and how the page answers each one.

“hotels in [your town]”
Your town in the page title and the first line, with rooms, prices and the book button in the first screen. Google matches local words, so we write yours out in full.
“b&b near [landmark or town]”
A page on where you are: the walk to the castle, the drive to the coast, the station you're near. Every place a guest might search from is written out for Google.
“dog friendly hotel [your town]”
Dogs welcome, and which rooms, said plainly on the home page and again on the rooms page. A guest with a dog checks this before the price, so it's never buried in a policy.
“[your town] hotel with parking”
Parking, check-in times and breakfast hours in the first screen, not a PDF. The practical questions decide a booking as often as the photos do, so they sit up top.
“rooms available tonight [your town]”
A book button on every screen that opens your own booking system or a tap-to-call. Someone in a car park at 9pm books whoever answers fastest, so nothing is more than one tap away.

How bookings actually come in

Two guests, one page. Neither has to scroll past the other to find what they need.

The room needed tonight

Phone in hand at 9pm, the drive home too far. They book the first place that says yes and looks clean.

  • Book and tap-to-call buttons in thumb reach
  • Room prices on the page, not behind a form
  • Parking, check-in times and the address up top
  • One clean room photo before any words

The anniversary weekend

Three tabs open on a Sunday night, booking for June. They want the room, the breakfast and the view.

  • A page per room type with real prices on it
  • Photos of your rooms and breakfast, not stock
  • Google reviews on the page, not just a link
  • Book direct button, so you keep the whole rate

The pages we'd build for you

Ticked for each site. On the one-page site, ticked rows are sections of one long page.

Home

Who you are, where you are, one room photo and the book button. On the one-page site this is the whole job.

One-page siteComplete site
Rooms

A page per room type: photos, what's in it, who it sleeps and the price. A 'family room' search lands on it.

One-page site: not includedComplete site
Breakfast and food

What's cooked, when it's served and whether dinner is on. A photo of the full English does more than the words.

Location and getting here

The walk to town, the drive from the motorway, the station, parking. Every place name written out for local search.

Things to do

Walks from the door, the nearest pub, the beach, the castle. Reasons to stay two nights, and words Google matches.

Reviews

Your best Google reviews on the page with a link to the rest. Trust before they've compared you with a chain.

Where your ratings sit, and why

Proof nobody sees does nothing. Each one goes where the guest looks for it.

Food hygiene rating

On the breakfast page, and again in the footer of every page.

Guests check it in seconds, so show it first. Your rating, linked to the FSA listing, not just the sticker.

AA or VisitEngland rating

Header, beside your name. Again on every room page.

Stars are how a guest comparing three places sorts them. If you've earned them, they sit where your name is.

Accessibility details

On each room page, with a summary on the location page.

Step-free access, a ground floor room, a walk-in shower. Guests who need them check before anything else.

Google reviews

Home page, high enough to see on a phone without scrolling.

Your best ones on the page, TripAdvisor one link away. The weekend guest reads three before they book.

Your homepage is designed free first. Like it, and one-page sites are from £250, complete sites from £750, hosting £20 a month. Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before we start.

Before you email

What hotels and B&Bs usually ask us first.

Can guests book direct?
Yes. The book button opens the booking system you already use, or a form that sends dates and guests to your inbox. Either way the guest books with you, not a booking site.
Can I change prices and availability?
Prices, room details, photos and breakfast times, yes, with a simple editor and no need to ask us. Availability lives in your booking system, and the site links straight to it.
We're on Booking.com. Why have a site?
Guests who find you there often search your name to check the price direct. If the site they land on is yours, with a book button that works, that booking is yours too.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about the place and where it is. Two sentences typed between check-outs is plenty to start.

  1. 1We reply within one working day.
  2. 2Your free homepage design lands within three.
  3. 3Like it? We agree a fixed price and get started.

No need to write anything up. Your name, your town and how many rooms you have is enough for us to begin.

Goes straight to our inbox. Nowhere else.
